Spacious living room, large welcoming kitchen and dining room makes this the perfect house to host memorable family gatherings. Relax at the end of the day in the large soaking tub or enjoy the serene river views from the deck. This spacious home features an open layout, highlighted by a generously-sized living room with a large sectional and a flat screen TV. There are three bedrooms, each furnished with a comfortable queen size bed, while an additional fourth bedroom adjacent to the living room offers both a queen size bed and a twin trundle bed. The well-equipped kitchen boasts ample space and a gas stove, perfect for culinary enthusiasts. For dining, a large table in the dining room accommodates up to 10 guests, and an additional table on the outdoor porch creates a delightful setting for al fresco meals. Unwind in the evening with a luxurious soak in the large soaking tub found in one of the bathrooms. Completing the picture, the property boasts a beautifully landscaped front yard and backyard, complete with a deck that overlooks the scenic Rogue River. Plus, we happily welcome pets, ensuring everyone can enjoy a memorable vacation.

The hosts were honestly incredible, and of all the Airbnbs I have utilized they were the best hosts. The house was spacious for the amount of guests we had and it was perfect to host thanksgiving. We’ll try to come visit again during the summer. This place is a must stay if you’re in the Gold Hills area.
Nice place- but a few flaws. The management is very responsive so that’s always a plus and they did their best to communicate with us. Down fall is it is not great for a large group- while the house has 4 bedrooms- the converted room is freezing. The water doesn’t stay hot and it’s too much for the pump if everyone is showering. The “master” bathroom doesn’t have a blind on the window so if people are outside they will see you use the toilet or shower. No locks on doors which is another issue. Overall for a group with under 6 would be ok. Again the host were communicating so that was a major plus.
