We also have new patio furniture that will accommodate the guest upon booking. The property is very centrally located in Denton so just about everything from UNT, TWU, and downtown Denton in close proximity. We were traveling with a one year old and wanted a clean place for her to cruise. Richard’s place met our needs very well. She even got her own room with dark curtains for a great nap time. Kitchen is well equipped even with snacks. Quiet, peaceful surroundings let us all sleep well at night. Highly recommended!
Home was very comfortable in a quiet neighborhood. The home provides the space needed for privacy and work. No extras just bare basic. However, the home was very enjoyable.
Richard’s place was nice, clean and in a very quiet area. Would recommend.
