The house is quite comfortable and well stocked. House is close to downtown incline village, but also quite quiet and private.

The cabin is nice and charming and looks like the pictures. The host was also very responsive and accommodating. We had a couple of kids who enjoyed the toys and games. The kitchen is well stocked and we used the bbq. There were a couple of things to note however. One is that the 4th bedroom is not really a private room but more of a pass through room that we chose not to use. Also the queen bed in one of the bedrooms is on the smaller side.

Danielle was a great host and was very quick to respond. The home was beautiful and is exactly what the pictures show. My kids loved the house. They appreciated the toys, the nighttime books, and the hot tub. Danielle helped suggest activities to do with the kids in the area. We would stay here again.

While Danielle’s place is nice, it is absolutely not a 4 bedroom and doesn’t comfortably sleep 10 (other reviewers have mentioned this). There is a fold up bed in a cabinet (slightly larger than a twin) in a pass through/hallway area from the garage to upstairs. Zero privacy for the person in that room. We tried to set the bed up and it was broken/unusable. The other sleeping option is an air mattress which doesn’t fit anywhere aside from the living room. There are 3 legit beds/bedrooms in this house. The house had some cosmetic updates, but it’s quite old. During our stay there were problems with the Nest heaters (other reviewers mentioned this problem as well) to the point where we had no heat, problems with the electrical and plumbing problems. I literally had workers in the house and communicated with Danielle every day we were there. Not a relaxing experience Danielle offered a nominal discount for our hassle. Not worth the aggregation. I’d stay elsewhere for the $$$

Danielle’s home was beautiful and is exactly what the pictures show! The decor is also well curated. The neighborhood is also beautiful and peaceful. Danielle was very responsive and helpful. We would stay here again.
