Getting into the bnb is simple and the host clearly lays out all the information you need upon booking. However, it is readily apparent that this home was bought and quickly repurposed for use as an airbnb, for better or for worse. Firstly, the basement is kept at an exceedingly warm temperature and we found that we had to keep the window open in order to not sweat excessively. There is only one bathroom in the basement that is shared among 4 rooms, including our own, which made it difficult when guests would hog the bathroom. It’s a cheap room and you get what you pay for. The kitchen is nice and includes everything needed except for a toaster. Host is efficient and responsive, though interactions sometimes felt cold and impersonal. Overall, a decent place to stay on a budget for the short term.

The room was nice but I didn’t realize how many people would share 1 bathroom and kitchen. It was similar to a hostel. Woke up to other guest having a coughing fit in the bathroom next to me. The check in process was easy and there is lots of free parking.

The room I stayed in, which is adjacent to the bathroom, was slightly affected by the noise coming from the bathroom and the up stair. Of those two, the bathroom noise was worse, especially whenever someone took a bath late at night or early in the morning.
