Anne's place is spacious, comfortable, and well put together, with attention to providing a little more than a guest might be expecting - along with the Nespresso machine and capsules, electric kettle and an assortment of teas, the kitchen has an electric milk foamer. The bathroom floor is heated and there is a bath as well as a shower. The wide screen television is up to the minute and connects with several streaming services. The apartment is on the second floor, and there is a lovely private terrace with a view. Although the apartment is not in the center, it is in a quiet residential neighbourhood, with gratis onstreet parking, and it is an easy 20-minute walk to the heart of the historic center. Anne is a welcoming host, very personable and happy to provide any information you may need. In short, a great place to stay - for Haarlem or Amsterdam, but also for exploring the area - Scheveningen (the beach), Leiden, Den Haag - there is much to see and do within easy reach.
