The apartment is perfectly located, under ten mins walk straight down the road to the city centre. Check in / check out really easy. Host was great with communication. Told us how to access the onsite parking and let us know where extra parking was with a discount code to reduce the fee. Thank you for a great stay.

The unit is very nicely appointed and comfortable. It is spacious and well laid out, though closet space is limited. The kitchen was stocked with sufficient supplies and equipment to cook and serve meals with clean up facilitated by the dishwasher! The space facilitates entertaining. The unit lacked user manuals or instructions for appliances and the heat and hot water, we struggled to decode symbols to get things to work. There were several minor maintenance issues we reported (due to the holiday weekend they did not get addressed). Vik responded promptly to communications and provided helpful information or noted repairs. He called to help decipher the washing machine. The location is in walking distance to both the West End, Glasgow Central Station, Buchanan Street and Merchant City, but there are no restaurants, coffee shops or stores in the immediate vicinity. Our ground floor unit was toward the back of the building, and well above street level due to the hill, so private.
