We had the pleasure of staying at a cozy, old house which had been recently remodeled and modernized. Despite the one week chilly weather during our month-long stay, Marzie and her family went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They provided us with extra fans and even offered to host us for a day in their own home. We were touched by Marzie's thoughtfulness and appreciated the lovely bouquet of tulips she brought for us upon our arrival. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and had everything we needed for a long-term visit.

This is a spacious historic house that was mostly remodeled to look and feel quite modern when we stayed there in December 2023. Because it is an older house, it is not super well-insulated and since the remodeling was not quite done yet (doors and windows still need to be sealed), it was a little chilly in the house but, in addition to the ductless heat pump, there are heaters in every room to help keep it warm. Marzie was kind enough to let us check in early and check out late which was very nice and was available and responsive throughout our stay to answer questions. The house is located within walking distance of a nice park and not far from restaurants and shopping. Great kitchen and cozy, comfortable bedroom.

The house was in a great location for me to get something to eat in town. Was able to park the large work truck very easily at the house which usually is not the case.
