First let me say that the hosts are extremely pleasant people & as soon as Leslie saw that things might not be satisfactory, they both did what they could to improve things. The listing is inaccurate in certain important ways & should be adjusted. I was very disappointed in the inaccessibility of the access road and driveway, as well as the inconvenient location far from local attractions. The 2+ mi. dirt road takes 9-14 minutes to traverse. Then you are 4 more minutes from the main highway to towns that are still 10 to 25 minutes away. Thus, 25+minutes from Marshall & 45 minutes from Hot Springs. b/c of the time and distance, I was unable to do some planned activities. Impossible to tackle the dirt road & rutted long gravel drive after dark, so I had to skip the social gathering after my friend’s wedding. The sharp rocks stacked around the tight driveway & parking scraped my car. Listing should caution that a 4wd or high clearance vehicle is desirable.

Loved this cute little place in the mountains. It was a peaceful and pleasant time. Rob and Leslie are very kind. Will stay again soon!

Leslie and her Husband are great host and offer a small part of the slice of the mountain to anyone who gets to stay with them. They offer a great break from the all the noise and distractions of modern life.

Leslie’s place was just as advertised. It was very comfortable and quiet, a perfect respite for my long weekend of househunting. I’ll definitely be back.

This is our second time staying at Leslie's Quiet Place. There's a nicely equiped kitchen and a roomy area upstairs. The bed is a double size.
