Ce n'était pas mon 1er séjour chez Katia. Appartement au top comme attendu.

Pro: facilità di comunicazione e gentilezza da parte di Katia; ottime indicazioni per trovare la casa; parcheggio facile e gratuito; casa grande e calda. Contro: pulizia da migliorare. C’era molta polvere nelle camere, resti di cibo nel lavandino e qualche capello per terra in bagno.
Je n'ai pas pu rencontrer Katia directement mais elle a toujours été aimable, joignable et réactive si besoin. Christophe qui a fait l'intermédiaire a également été très réactif et sympathique. Le logement tres bien équipé correspondait à tous mes besoins et son emplacement à la fois proche du centre et de la zone commerciale est appréciable. Facile de stationner devant. Un seul bémol le dernier étage sans ascenseur qui pourra en gêner certains.
C’est un appartement sous les combles sans ascenseur mais lumineux par les velux du salon dans une résidence calme et à 15 min à pied du centre ville dans lequel j ai passé un agréable séjour avec ma famille. Katia a été arrangeante en me permettant de loger une personne de plus sur le canapé contre une participation financière. Nous avons rencontré un dysfonctionnement de chasse d eau en lien avec l’état d usage. Celle ci a été non réparée pendant le séjour et Katia nous a demandé une participation financière pour la remplacement de la chasse d eau.

When it comes to tourism, gastronomy and relaxation, the favorite places and things to do nearby are:
- The Casino des Faïenceries (in photo).
- The Earthenware Museum.
- The Moulin de la Blies.
- The Saarland thermal baths (in Germany, approximately 2 km from the accommodation).
- The city of Saarbrück (in Germany, 17 km from the accommodation).
- Walks along the Sarre and Blies on the towpath with or without a bike (the Sarreguemines Tourist Office offers electric bikes for rental).
- Bars and restaurants in the city center and surrounding villages.
- German bars and restaurants 5 minutes away (just like the department stores in Saarbrück and cultural escapes).
- The movie theater.
- The bi-weekly market.
- Direct sales from the farm.
- Hikes in the country of Bitche.
- Horse riding in Woustviller (commune located 7 km) or a trip to the Domaine "Les Laurentides" in Lemberg (commune located 30 km).
If you work in the area (and even if you don't work) you can't be bored. The owner of the place is also there to inform you and document you upon your arrival :-)
It is easy to park near the apartment.
When it comes to public transport, Sarreguemines station (in photo) is located 10 minutes away on foot (5 minutes by car). A bus stop is 2 minutes away on foot. The Tourist Office is also a 10-minute walk from the apartment. It is also possible to get around easily by bike (and store it in a space provided for this purpose near the apartment).
Also note that, strategically, the accommodation is not far from hospitals, a motorway junction, and 1 hour from Metz or Strasbourg.
