The villa was built in the 16th century and completely restored in 2017 with high quality furniture and eco-friendly paint and materials. The old beams that have adorned this beautiful villa for centuries have also been restored, while the old stone has been repurposed. High quality marble from Istrian quarries was used to decorate the house. The interior of this beauty consists of three floors that combine traditional Istrian style with modern industrial style, making the villa particularly inviting. The Golden Globe nominated movie "?ivot sa stricem" was filmed here in 1987 before the renovation. The open plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen and a WC are located on the first floor. On the second floor there are three spacious bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has a terrace with direct access to the garden. The other two comfortable bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, are located on the second floor. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean garden with lavender, rosemary and olive trees, where the refreshing private pool is waiting to invite you to relax in this beautiful oasis.
