Situated in a quiet location, the luxury villa has a total of 5 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 12 people, making it ideal for a family vacation, among other things! The open-plan ground floor will make you feel right at home. Here you will find the cozy and modern living room with fireplace, SAT TV and a stereo system. The living room is connected to the fully equipped kitchen and the dining area, from where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the surroundings. 2 bedrooms with high-quality furniture, each with its own bathroom and direct access to the terrace and the villa's carefully tended garden are also located on the first floor. Upstairs there are 3 further bedrooms, 2 of which have a private balcony with wonderful views of the countryside. All bedrooms are air-conditioned, have a TV and a private bathroom. You can enjoy the sunny weather in the garden or by the pool. Take advantage of the covered terrace with fireplace, which is directly connected to the kitchen. On cooler days, you can use the sauna and a fire pit in the garden. Please note: not suitable for younger groups (?25 years) Villa Hill is located on the edge of a typical Istrian village with a magnificent view of the sea. On clear days you can even see the Alps. The villa is only a short drive from major tourist towns such as Rovinj and Porec. Central Istria is considered one of the rare Mediterranean regions adorned with the quality of untouched, natural landscapes and a rich heritage. In Istria you can taste many local specialties, such as prosciutto or pork tenderloin. The seafood and fish come from an idyllic archipelago. There are numerous hiking and cycling trails, one of the most beautiful of which is the historic Parenzana - old railroad line, where you can even experience the unique ride on the tourist train along the historic route.
