This stay was great for three families! We had 5 adults and 6 children and we never felt crowded. The open platform has plenty of seating and room for all! The game room/downstairs kept the kids busy! Great time and super home-like. Loved it!

Masha’s place worked out for 3 families of 4, with a bit of logistical planning. Kitchen and bathrooms were stocked. Outside area well kept, plowed, shoveled walkways and steps, good lighting. Heating worked well with some additional instruction. Toilets and dishes could have been cleaner. More towels, dish sponge and paper towels would have been nice.

We had a wonderful winter weekend getaway from RI. The cabin house was perfect for my family. My husband and I, as well as my two sons and their wives, slept very comfortably. The three full bathrooms were very convenient. We wanted a rental near the Ice Castles, and it was a great location for us. It as nearby Loon Mountain as well. The house was very clean and exactly as pictured. There was plenty of room for all of us to comfortably watch tv by the fire, cook and eat in the beautifully stocked kitchen. We enjoyed playing pool and board games as well. Masha was very nice and kind and was available immediately by phone for a question. There were sheets, towels and blankets for all. We received a thoughtful basket of snacks with champagne and teas and coffees upon arrival. I would definitely recommend renting this house and will inquire myself again next time we visit NH. The house is very close to Waterville valley, just one exit up 93. This made it ideal for our ski vacation. It fit our budget and had the best flexibility. Our family of 4 stayed with two other families of the same size and we had plenty of room. The kitchen is a great place for entertaining, and the kids loved playing pool and having their own space to hang out downstairs. Kitchen is well appointed, which was good for us. We do lots of cooking with minimal eating out. We also had our dog and felt right at home. This is sometimes an obstacle with other rentals, not all are dog friendly. Overall a very good experience. I would absolutely stay here again.
