Grand Foundation - sunset villa 1 Views absolutely amazing Outside area modern and great for relaxing and entertaining. We stayed in late October and we got the sun next to the pool from morning till around 2pm The pool is not heated so bare this In mind if you are travelling earlier / later in the season - wakes you up after a few glasses of wine or a heavy sleep ! Children may need wetsuits … Couple of restaurants nearby , these are down quite a slope but are a very nice quality. A bus is catchable to Lindos and other resorts from a nearby hotel (1000-1200meters) we paid eur1.80 to Lindos and is quick and easy. We did have gardeners / service workers wondering around the villa and grounds during our stay which did make us think about privacy. Bedrooms were basic but clean Could do with a sound system for around the pool as there is not one built into the villa Please if you drop any crumbs / food please pick up immediately as you will find an army of ants appear very quickly

Fantastic !!! Villa is perfect !!! Very clean with everything you need . The views from the terrace are superb, Pool was a little chilly but once you got hot it was refreshing. Short walk to beach and Restaurants but if you have limited mobility the hill is very steep . As a slightly overweight 55 year old I managed it 😆 Hope to come back next year.

Villa Sunset 1 was a beautiful and special place for our holiday. The views were the highlight - spectacular uninterrupted sea views, from a plentiful private outdoor space and infinity pool. The property is really quiet and private, making it a very comfortable and special place to getaway. The rest of the villa is equally impressive - ample space and furnishings to make you feel comfortable and at home. (we were a small family with a 2 yr old child) The bay where the villa is located was a perfect balance of developed to have facilities, but not too developed that it was busy and spoiled. The beach is a mere 5 minute walk down the hill, and was wonderfully quiet throughout our time. Supermarkets and a few restaurants within a stone's throw. All in all, the location was absolutely ideal for a quiet holiday, with more easily in reach if desired (via car). The host was good with communication, providing clear instructions and support where needed. Totally recommended. Thanks!

We were 4 adults, two kids, and two infants. The host arranged two cribs and two high chairs for the infants which was great. The pool area was as beautiful and awesome as in the pictures. Otherwise, the house was good, but we were expecting even a bit more with the price. Still, it was definitely worth going and we will probably be back there next year. The surrounding was lovely and peaceful, at least at the beginning of September. I.e. there were no people trying to sell you this and that at the beach and plenty of room in there. The closest restaurant was in heavy use for us, they even had home delivery and the food was excellent.
