A spacious & private cottage attached to the main house, with large king size bed. Inverter for backup electricity & Wi-Fi. Beautiful interior & exterior & all the amenities one could wish for. Comfort, convenience, location. Perfect for the executive traveler, university professors, tourists, & sports fanatics. Sports stadiums, hospitals, UCT, Language school, Silwood Kitchen, all within a short distance. Perfectly located for wine routes, beaches, the mountain, V&A & Kirstenbosch. Centrally located in the leafy suburb of Rondebosch. You can choose to be completely private, as have your own fully equipped kitchen and private patio, but welcome to make use of garden and pool of main house. Cottage can be rented out in conjunction with the main house. We have two friendly golden retrievers at the house who will no doubt welcome you upon arrival.

Rondebosch is an upmarket, leafy family neighbourhood. We are a stones throw from all leading Southern Suburbs schools and across the road from Bishops.
Parking is on street next to pedestrian gate but can arrange off street if required.
Uber, walk or cycle if you don’t have a rental car.
