This property was well kept on the inside. Very clean and spacious. My husband and I were not happy with the neighborhood it's located in. The outside of the property was poorly kept making it displeasing to the eye. The lawn was not maintained. It was spacious, however we weren't thrilled about having to go outside to enter the downstairs area. Both upstairs and downstairs areas had a distasteful smell. The beds were firm and uncomfortable. Overall we were happy with being close to downtown Atlanta, this made our commute better. What we paid for the weekend stay was reasonable. The interior design and decor made it more fun for the teens.

The property looked nice, but there was a strong odor that resonated throughout the entire house the entire time. The odor worsened on our last day, was coming through the vents, and could not flush the toilet downstairs. This was a result of city sewage issues that the host was initially unaware of. If you smell a sewage odor during your stay, there is nothing you can do to rid the house of the smell (trust me, we tried) just request a replacement property from the hosts who state that they have several properties nearby that they can place you in to avoid the extremely unpleasant smell. Also, the location is super close to downtown (5-6mins w/o traffic).
