The place was squeaky clean not even a speck of dust, huge, comfortable, well designed with modern touches and most important extremely private. You get the best view of the sea with multiple windows and a porch styled balcony which itself is a vibe. There were binoculars provided to watch dolphins. We couldn’t see cause of high heat but next time! Coming to the host, Joseph is extremely helpful and proactive. He gave us valuable and money saving suggestions and took care of all our sightseeing and stay related needs. Delicious homemade local breakfast was served every morning at host residence on the GF. Of all the meals I had in kochi, the breakfasts were the best. Lastly, coming to the accessibility, the stay is easily accessible by local transport. A minute’s walk and you’ll reach the main beach road. It’s only 10 minutes by road to Fort Kochi. There is a local beach just 5 min walk. It’s become my fav in kochi. If you find it available book and experience it yourself.

Everything is really great here: welcome, accommodation, location, food and hospitality. Wonderful location, calm and peaceful, sea is just in front of the apartment, great view on the sea! Communication was swift and great. Everything in the apartment was neat and clean, the apartment was fully equipped! I briefly met Ashil and his brother Arline was there full time, from welcome to good bye! Really a gentle person, doing his best to help guests in all possible ways, and with great recommendations! I would love to stay here again and highly recommend this place as the best place.

Sea Breeze Homestay was a wonderful place to stay in Fort Kochi! The apartment were very nice, modern and clean. Its location right by the sea gave a great view and soothing sounds from the waves. It was only 8 minute ride to the centre of Fort Kochi with autorikshaw, which was available at all times. Only 5 minutes walk to the beach. We got delicious breakfast with local cuisine and fresh fruit. Joseph was so kind and helpful when needed. We had a great stay at his place, and really recommend it for others traveling to Fort Kochi.

Words would be less if used to describe the beauty of this place and the people who hosted us. It was an exhilarating experience for us. I think tons and tons of gratitude won't be enough for the warm hospitality that Joseph, his Mom and the house help endowed us. The location, the food, and the quality of the room are all 10/10. One of our best experiences ever. If you're in Kochi, please choose this place, you'll be mesmerized. Also, we felt that this was a one-of-a-lifetime experience where we watched Dolphins from our room with the help of a binocular. We watched the enchanting sunset from our balcony and also from the rocks nearby. It's such a beautiful escape from your daily hustle. You'll forget all your worries here. Trust me and please book to experience all of it. :)
