Die Lage war ok und es gab eine freundliche Kommunikation. Aber die Wohnung wies einige Mängel auf (Lampen defekt, Löcher in der Wand), stank und war sehr da dunkel, da man die Verdunklung nicht hoch machen konnte. Auf den Bildern sah die Wohnung modern, schick und heile aus. Dies war leider nicht der Fall.

If rating was on beds and bedding alone would give a 5 but lots of smaller attention to detail which let it down and have already been highlighted by other guests. The smell was overwhelming when we entered- Luca said was smoke from last guests (not warned) but also a musty smell - maybe from cleaning cupboard in entrance. Dirty by windows/ radiator in lounge and cigarette end and small liquor bottle under bed. Cleaning fee quite high - expected better. Blinds poor on windows. Very cheap paper ones - they dont open so can't see outside unless open windows and they let the light in.Nothing to dry dishes. A pity as has such potential but not luxurious as described at the moment. Great location and beds/bedding.

Spacious apartment in a very convenient location with easy access to the city centre. Comfortable bedrooms but make sure you understand the bathroom situation if you’re booking as two couples.

We had everything we needed in T&F Nest. Location is good. The house is clean and confortable.

A nice clean apartment that's easy to get into central, we had a really great trip! Bakery, supermarket and other shops within 2 mins walk, and ~20 mins on the underground - or 10 mins in an Uber - to central. The weather was nice so it was lovely having the window / doors wide open with a railing balcony. A couple of easy fixes however that would have made quite a difference to the stay... Fitting proper blinds instead of cheap paper ones that don't stay up, or properly block light. In the en suite bathroom, the shower head has been replaced with a thinner hose that then doesn't fit into the holder, meaning you have to hold the shower head while showering. All in all a nice place and a decent price, but could do with a small amount of tlc and sprucing up to be a 5* stay.
