Great location close to the city and close to lots of different family friendly activities. Unfortunately the ensuite bathroom had noticeable dirt, grime, and hair. After letting Pancy know, she kindly offered a partial refund of the cleaning fee which we accepted. The pool is advertised as being “heated” however we were disappointed to find that it was quite literally freezing - and therefore unusable for our young kids which was disappointing as the heated pool was one of the main reasons we booked. After messaging Pancy, she responded that due to the cold weather it would feel like 25 degrees as opposed to 35 degrees but this simply wasn’t the case. The pool was well below 20 degrees so we only used it once much to our kids dismay. The house is generally clean however it is quite noticeably dusty. And there was excessive noise from upstairs until after midnight on our final night with lots of running and banging which was quite annoying as it is very loud. Overall an okay stay.

We arrived in Canberra in the middle of a heatwave and the pool was a lifesaver! As clearly stated, it is the lower level of a house, but you have a completely separate entry. This property is really large - the dining table is enormous - about 5 metres long and there is a bonus wine room. The barbeque area is terrific and the main bedroom has a beautiful ensuite with lovely big shower. Everything is really on the extra large scale. The location is very residential, which suited us well as we wanted a quiet and calm environment.

Located in a beautiful area just a 10-15 min drive to main attractions and some great cafes. The house is on the bottom floor of a double story house but feels private. The main reason we chose this house was the pool. However when we arrived we were upset to find it was packed with leaves and the water was green. My kids were devastated as they could not swim in it! I contacted Pancy and she sent a maintenance person down who just added more water to the pool. After complaining again the next day I was told we would be able to use it later that night. Finally on our last day we were able to use it but i expected it to be cleaned before we arrived so we could use for entire stay. WIFI cuts in & out and you cannot stream Netflix on either smart tvs. Shower grout needs a good scrub & windows were dirty and full of cobwebs so it really took away from the overall “luxury” feel that you get from the pics. Good secure backyard for pets. Thanks for the stay Pancy
