Close to every thing. 5 minutes walk to the Sydney Opera House and Sydney Harbour Bridge. Most historically significant precinct in Australia. Sweeping water views of Sydney Harbour and Barangaroo. Enjoy majestic views of the sunset from your porch. 3 bedroom self contained home. Essentials including unlimited wifi internet, coffee, tea, kitchen basics and toiletries will be waiting for you to help you get settled. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle fridge, pots, plates, glasses, cutlery and Nespresso machine (bring your own pods or purchase 10 for $10 from me.. A washing machine/dryer is also available for you to use. The bedding configuration is as follows: Room 1: Queen Bed Room 2: King bed Room 3: 2 x King Single beds Living Room: Sofa bed - Bedding and linen in front room cabinet. Bedroom blinds are white wooden shutters. The magnificent tallest tower in Sydney and the surrounding Barangaroo precinct is being built on the waterfront at Barangaroo which may have construction noise during the daytime only. Being right in the middle of Sydney you may also hear the hum of the city.

We had an amazing stay at Suzanne’s place , we found a new side to Sydney we have never seen before , lots of history only a walk away . We will certainly be back to stay with Suzanne any time we come back again . Thank you Suzanne .
Thank you Suzanna for a fabulous stay and your exceptional communication before and during our stay. The location was perfect, a close walk to all the sights, transport and new Barangaroo precinct. The terrace home was beautiful and clean and suited our family of 6 perfectly. A great safe layout for our toddler in particular. Many thanks again, highly recommend.
The location of this place is amazing. Such an easy walk to the Rocks/Circular Quay. The place itself is pretty good, but the bathroom set up is strange. Two bathrooms but both very small and weird layout so doors open onto doors and it’s pretty pokey. My main issue with this place was the host - Suzanna did not organise anyone to clean our property so it was dirty from previous guests when we arrived. When I eventually found her number to call she was quite rude when she answered. Obviously very apologetic when I told her it wasn’t clean. Because of this we Couldn’t check in until 5.30pm, which was a bit exhausting after travelling. No offer to make amends at all. There was a bag of items from previous guests with expired food and things that she tried to pass this off as “treats” for us, but we had already seen this bag left behind earlier when we entered while it was still dirty. Our neighbour’s airbnb was double booked by Suzanna, & they had to find alternative accom last minute
Suzanna was very friendly and very responsive. The location is nice. Certainly more residential than most other places we’ve stayed in SYD. Her home is clean, but some of the chairs have some stains and overall felt a bit more dated than expected, but nice. Biggest downfall was the noise. Noise from upstairs, from the construction across the street and street. Again, Suzanna was greeted and the home of fine.
What a stay! Not only was the place quaint and beautiful, she went out of her way to guide us through the city with fantastic recommendations…well for everything! Can’t wait to stay here in the future
