Paul and Ellen’s cottages are newly renovated barns and they are pristine. The kitchen is fully equipped, the rooms spacious and well furnished and the cottages are in the 16hectare of the castle’s garden which means it is quiet and very safe when you travel with small children. The bonus is that if there are other guests with small children, all the children end up playing together in the courtyard which is lovely. The one small minus is that the pool is not child/ non swimmer friendly. With approx 1m60 depth all around you can’t just watch the children, you must go in the pool with them.

Very relaxing, peaceful and wonderfully quiet in the middle of the countryside - the grounds are great for both adults and children alike. The trampoline was certainly a highlight for our little one. We had a lovely and relaxing week and Ellen was nearby to offer advice if needed. Thank you!

Logement impeccable, conforme à la description et avec de nombreux équipements. Cuisine bien équipée, literie confortable et beaucoup d'espace. Bon accueil d'Ellen à notre arrivée. Seul petit reproche : la piscine n'est pas aussi grande que ce qu'elle peut paraître sur les photos et n'est pas chauffée. Quelques petits soucis de réseau internet également. Pas grave quand on est en vacances, mais un peu gênant pour les ados...
