A beautiful home with views of Lake Baroon and surrounded by landscaped gardens. A peaceful spot situated away from the hustle and bustle of the main street of Montville but still within walking distance. The perfect location! And there's room for the entire family here. Only a 5-minute walk from this gorgeous property and you will find yourself in the heart of Montville where you can enjoy beautiful local organic produce at one of the many cafes or take your time exploring the boutique shops in the main street. When your done exploring the town, make your way back to this beautiful 2 Storey home and enjoy all the space. There's room for the entire family here! With 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 x Queen beds, 1 x Double bed and 2 x pull out sofa beds you can accommodate up to 12 guests. The main bedroom has a walk-in robe and spa bath in the ensuite. The 2nd bathroom upstairs has a shower and bath and the third bathroom located downstairs has a shower. There are 3 living areas, a well-equipped kitchen and a spacious deck to enjoy a BBQ whilst admiring the beautiful view. In the downstairs living area, you can have hours of fun playing pool on the billiard table. A gas fire for those cool winter nights is complemented by reverse cycle air-conditioning for the summer. Beautifully landscaped gardens surround the house. And a double lock up garage (which houses an additional fridge if required) gives you internal access to the property.

This place is absolutely beautiful and huge, great spot for the family or a friends get away, extremely close to Montville main drive, you can walk there. The gardens and yards are beautiful my kids loved exploring and the view is just as amazing. Great amenities. Sara was clear with her instructions on how to access the house as well as getting in. The house itself was big and beautiful and had everything you need. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you
My friends and I stayed for 3 nights here for a self-organised creative retreat. We had a wonderful time. The views are absolutely stunning. There are three huge living room spaces. We used one of them as a music room to write and record songs. Two of us painted the beautiful landscapes and one of us did some knitting. We enjoyed having breakfast on the verandah every morning overlooking the mountains. We also enjoyed using the pool table, and walking to the local village. Sara left very helpful instructions and our stay was very comfortable - everything had been thought of. Thanks so much Sara, we would love to stay again.

Fantastic location. Beautiful views of edge of Lake Baroon and over the valley to Maleny. House was secluded with no near neighbours. Lovely grounds although quite a slope. Well equipped kitchen with lots of extra appliances. Nice to have a selection of books and board games to use. House was festively decorated for Christmas, even a large Christmas tree. Great place for 4 sets of families with young children . Walking distance to Montville township.
