UPRIVER LOCATION RiverBend is upriver enough to provide easy access (typically less than 15 minute drive) to recreate. There also are 3-4 restaurant options and two small grocery stores less than 15 minutes away. We recommend you do your grocery shopping in town before heading upriver, as access to fresh produce and meats are limited up here. A fireplace also adds warmth and ambiance. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS The large riverfront home features 3 bedrooms, 2 with California King beds, and one with a Queen and a Full. The sofa is also large enough for one, and the master has an additional full in the giant walk in closet for children or extra guests. You will have the entire home to yourself. The home sleeps 8-10 very comfortably, perfect for 3 couples or 3 small families. Fresh linens are always on hand along with extra blankets to keep you extra cozy! KITCHEN AND DINING Enjoy a spacious fully equipped kitchen with a giant countertop, 6 burner gas stove and river sights and sounds. The kitchen provides everything you will need and more, including a wet bar with extra sink, crystal stemware and countless cooking gadgets. Expect some basic spices, oils, and a few other items to be available for use on your arrival. There is a dining table for 6-8 on the patio, along with a gas grill. Easily accommodate 10 at the large formal dining area in front of the river or use the bar area and high top table for less formal meals. WIFI AND ENTERTAINMENT Enjoy reliable WiFi anywhere in the house. Service provided from ConnX provides at least 40 Mbps up/down consistently. The home has 3 smart TVs, 1 in the master, 1 in the family room, and 1 in the kitchen. There are working spaces available throughout the house including three desks. The home is equipped with built in speakers including a set in the master, the family room, the kitchen, and outdoors at the patio. Cast your favorite tunes from Spotify onto the whole home sound system. The experience is divine. OUTDOOR SPACE Outside you'll find 1.6 acres of garden and grassy space to enjoy. Enjoy the sounds of the river, watch the ducks, geese and other birds in the water, or keep an eye out for the bald eagles and osprey. In the morning you may see a large group of wild turkeys wandering through the yard. There are spots to sit and enjoy the river, or take up games on the lawn. There is a gas warming fire ring provided on the patio. If you're looking to get in the water, we can recommend countless swimming holes within a 10 min drive (or walk). PARKING You will have your own private driveway and plenty of parking space.
