Freshly renovated in 2023, this tastefully furnished Waikiki studio condominium includes a full kitchen with brand new stainless appliances, bathroom with tub, private lanai (outdoor balcony) with seating, all behind a secure entry that is conveniently located at the entrance to Kalakaua Avenue in world Famous Waikiki Beach. Unit includes a Queen size bed and fold out queen sleeper sofa for comfortable sleeping for up to four guests. KITCHEN / DINING Home includes a full kitchen with natural gas oven/stove, kitchen sink, full size fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, blender, plates, bowls, glass wear, coffee mugs, pots/pans, standard spice rack, and assorted cookware. LIVING/SLEEPING AREA Studio includes a queen-size bed(sleeps up to 2) and a queen size sleeper sofa (sleeps up to 2), a coffee table, bar top with two stools, smart tv, wifi, and cable. OUTDOOR AREAS Private balcony lanai, accessible via the kitchen with two stools for seating and small countertop for glass wear. BUILDING AMENITIES The Kalakauan Building has a secured lobby and parking garage with access by key FOB only. Building has an elevator that opens 50' from the included vehicle parking spot. Additional key is required for parking garage elevator access for extra security. PARKING Property booking includes one free parking spot in the building parking garage with elevator access. Please note spaces are best suited for compact vehicles and the garage has a **Height Restriction of 6'2"** OWNER This is a privately owned unit and is not part of a hotel pool program. You are booking and dealing directly with the owner of the unit, not a third party management firm. We choose Pat's apartment to spend our time in Honolulu and it was a good choice! The studio is comfortable, clean, great location with free parking (it is really tight in the parking garage, so be aware). There is a coffee shop-tattoo shop right next to the building and the coffee is amazing! Also, ABC stores (famous for selling snacks etc. is less than 5 minutes walking). Also, having an AC unit is a plus in Honolulu since most of place doesn't really offer AC. They have beach chairs, umbrella ETC, the building has laundry on the first floor for $2 which is nice! We had an amazing time!
Pat was super responsive and friendly - parking was a little tight but he let us know that beforehand and wasn't really a big deal. There's a bar next door that's a little noisy but the apt. is surprisingly well insulated and closing the bathroom door took care of that! Nice location close to a lot of food and grocery stores. (and there's an ABC in any direction you walk in) We were there for 9 days and would def. book again!
Great cozy place, perfect for 2. Might be a bit small for 4 adults. We didnt use the sofa bed, to increase space in the apartment. Perfect location with all of the amenities you need (except an onsite pool) in Waikiki! But of course you'd rather go to the beach. Pat was very responsive and being able to park our car was so convenient. The parking spot is quite small due to overhead pipes so also another reason why better for a couple in a compact car rather than a family of 4. Beautiful new bathroom and kitchen! Thanks Pat
Pat was awesome and the apartment was perfect for me and my son. It was a 10-15 minute walk to the international market and was very convenient.
The central location allows guests to walk to all of Waikikis best destinations including Waikiki Beach, Duke Kahanamoku Statue, Ala Moana Bowls Surf Break, the Hawaii Convention Center, Fort DeRussy Park, and endless dining and nightlife options. Hop on a Biki rental bike or scooter and your range opens up to Kapiolani Park, Honolulu Zoo, Diamond Head Beach / Trail, and countless others.
Located inside Waikiki with all of Waikiki easily walkable. There Bike Share program as well as scooter share make transportation easy and inexpensive. The Unit comes with a free parking spot in a gated and reserved garage. We recommend compact vehicles because the parking garage has a firm height restriction of 6'2".
