The lounge area exudes modern design and provides a comfortable sofa opposite a flat-screen TV and fantastic views over the city. Adjacent to it, you'll find a beautiful dining space with seating for four, perfect for enjoying a meal or working on your laptop. The modern open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils, ensuring you have everything to prepare delicious meals. The bedroom area is bright, airy, and tastefully furnished, offering ample storage for your belongings. The king-size bed is adorned with fresh, hotel-quality linen, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The bathroom is well-appointed, providing fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience. Rest assured, the apartment is professionally cleaned and set up to hotel standards before your arrival, ensuring a pristine and welcoming environment.

Simon was a great host. I was traveling through Europe by myself and he was like a caring dad the entire time. He checked in on me while I was in other countries but still had my stuff at/and a still a resident at his place. He was genuinely concerned about my well-being and safety. That was both kind and endearing. His place was immaculate. It’s perfectly walkable from Liverpool Station, Spitalfields Market, and all the surrounding shops/restaurants/services. There’s a boots and Tesco right around the corner for your grocer and pharmacy needs. It’s accessible to the Elizabeth Line and Liverpool Station. Tons of buses. The actual living space is in a quiet secure building. It was a nice space to come to after work and just kind of soak in and be at peace. I enjoyed my stay and will stay there again when I return.
Best thing about the place is its location. Veryclose to the Liverpool Streel Station, not too noisy, not too silent. and tye layout of the house is amazing. The only thing was it took a bit of time for me to understand how to turn on the heater. But it was mentioned in the instructions. I would stay again at Simon's Place next time, if available!
Simon’s place is on the top floor, with lift and on a quiet lane. although the area around Liverpool Street station is very lively, once you are in the apartment and on the little terrace, one hears nothing of the surrounding activity. The living room is nicely furnished and the kitchen workable although it is not very well supplied. I did however notice that the TV and the Dishwasher didn’t work and I reported it to Simon who I am sure will take care of it. The bed was very comfortable and bathroom OK. The apartment is a lovely light apartment which I imagine could get a bit warm in the summer but there is a fan provided for hot days.
Simon was very responsive and helpful during the entire stay, he was proactive in communicating with us. Easy self check in process, even had a house manual with videos of how to check in and how to use practically everything in the flat. Location was great! 1 min away from Liverpool street station with direct access to heathrow airport on the Elizabeth Line. The apartment was also surrounded by many restaurants and eateries. Nagare Coffee was great and totally recommend if staying at Simon’s
Clean comfortable spacious reasonably priced right near a central Underground stop.
