The Village of Clemmons provides a good variety of restaurants, coffee cafes and grocery stores to choose from. Village Brook is 10 minutes to Winston Salem and around 30 minutes from Greensboro and High Point. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood that is inviting to walk through. Tanglewood Park is only a few minutes away as well. The Park offers a par 3 golf course, horseback riding and miles of paved trails to walk. Wake Forest University is 15 minutes from Village Brook. The house is newly renovated and well appointed. It is 1 level with laminate floors throughout. The back porch/deck is private where you can relax while enjoy a meal and the beautiful view. We offer 3 T.V’s and one dvd 📀 player (located in the living room)

Great location, very peaceful and quiet yet convenient to everything you need. The place was super clean, check in/out were easy, and Benjamin was always very responsive. Would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this super clean beautifully decorated house. We felt at home. Amazing views, very well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and pillows and very spacious social areas and bathrooms. The location couldn’t be better, just a short drive from nice restaurants and shops. We would love to stay again and enjoy this beautiful property. Our host, Benjamin was very friendly and responsive. The kitchen It has everything you need to cook a full meal, and later watch a movie, play cards or just sit and look at the beautiful lake. We had a great time!

The neighborhood is quiet, safe and a peaceful place to walk. The many trees provide a canapé of shade as you stroll past the bodies of water throughout the community.
Village Brook has quick and easy access to I-40. 15 miles and 17 minutes from the Greensboro airport (GSO)

My name is Benjamin Oliver. My wife and I live in Belews Creek. I am retired from real estate and I have enjoyed being a host since 2019. The first Airbnb is near us in Belews Creek and the other is Village Brook in Clemmons, 30 minutes from us.
