we waren met 3 koppels, op elke verdieping mooie slaapkamer met eigen badkamer, heel fijn..jammer dat middelste kamer twee aparte bedden had.. de locatie was prachtig en heel bijzonder; wel echt afgelegen ..in ' the middle of nowhere ' . ...fijne wandelroutes vanaf het huis naar verschillende dorpjes in de omgeving met lekkere restaurants..we hebben ook een keer bij het Home restaurant bij de toren gegeten..eten was erg eenvoudig en eigenlijk te duur, het was leuk om een prive restaurant te hebben , maar het eten viel een beetje tegen, jammer!!!... verder super bijzondere verblijfsplaats , goed onderhouden,..echter keuken is aan verbetering toe.....

Was wonderful! Pierre was very helpful and showed us the house. He stoked the fire and was always available. We had a great and restful time!

Staying in this unique property in the mountains of Zocca was a delightful surprise in so many ways. The scenic surroundings provides a wonderful backdrop for walks, visiting attractions in the area, and also the delicious cuisine offered up by the area. Silvia's cooking class was also a pleasure to attend as they share the traditional way of making pasta and ragu, over stories and a glass or two of wine. On the practical side, the tower has many stairs and you may want to pack less or just bring the necessities with you to the room.

This is an amazing place to stay if you want a peaceful time in Italy. Silvia had great recommedations for local agrotourism. They were truly world-class local products. The restaurant that she and Pierre run is cozy, with the best food that we had in Italy. I cannot recommend this place enough!
