Located in a home that has cultivated an ecosystem for years. Enjoy songbirds and crickets. Walking distance to public transit & restaurants 10 minute car to downtown for dance/music.

quiet, spacious, very kind and accommodating host; perfect location to easily get to downtown, airport or train station! great spot if you’re a travel nurse as it’s very close to the hospital. enjoyed my stay overall :)
We stayed here over Thanksgiving as we were celebrating with family in Delmar. The place was clean and well-appointed. David were extremely responsive as a host when we had questions and even ordered more amenities after we chatted over the phone and offered some suggestions. So easy to see why he is a Super Host! We would stay here again and would recommend this to others. I bet the patio garden is beautiful in the spring and summer, it was too cold for us to enjoy this time.

It's a reasonably walkable neighborhood with nearby restaurants, bars, the university, walking paths, playgrounds, etc. If you want to get to downtown and don't have a car it's a short bus ride and the CDTA runs regularly from the bottom of the street. They have an app. which is the best way to check lines/schedules. Saratoga is about 20 minute drive. Troy is about a 15 minute drive. also very accessible by bus.
