Very comfortable and inviting space. Perfect for a quick stopover like we had, would be very comfortable for a longer stay as well.

Dave's place was clean and well kept. It was within walking distance to an awesome market called 99 Ranch. The minimum basic utensils for cooking were present and they even had an air fryer. The TV and Roku were a nice bonus as well. Earplugs are included if desired since the floor above does let some noise through, but I didn't find them necessary. The bed and provided pillows were comfortable. I would definitely stay again!

The bottom half of a two story house. It was perfect for my needs of a single night stay. No noise at night, quiet neighborhood about 15 minutes from DT Edmonds. Full kitchen that I did not use. Small bathroom but shower was nice. Bed was comfortable, low to ground. Least expensive room on this night in the area. Recommended.

 We were very hesitant to stay in a suite, but the experience was really good. Very respectful of our presence. The room had a modern and minimalistic feel. The area was beautiful and close to restaurants and nightlife. We had a quick stay we explored more Seattle nightlife but would stay again in the future.
