3 stars for the place, quite dated, needed better cleaned. 5 stars for the hosts Kelly and Luis, both very responsive, understanding and quick to find solutions that arose. I will definitely be staying at another of Kelly and Luis properties' if the chance arises, i just wouldn't choose this one again. Thank you again for everything.

Kelly and Luis were extremely quick and very communicative to whatever questions or issues we had. Other than the awesome communication, our stay was not very good. When we booked, we were unaware we were sharing the downstairs with anyone else. There is absolutely no privacy in the home. The renter living downstairs was very loud and had the TV blaring all day Sunday until about 11 PM. His truck took up almost the entire driveway. We had to park on the street. There are no curtains in the front of the house or in the rear so the downstairs renter could see everything inside the home with our lights on. No tv in the den, the house smelled bad. We only received one towel per person for our entire 4-day stay. The master bed was the most uncomfortable bed we have slept in. Ceiling fan sounded as if it were going to fly off the ceiling. The toilet paper was single-ply and cheap. The cleaning was not up to par. Noticeable cobwebs and dirt throughout. Unfortunately, we would not recommend.

Kelly was very responsive and helpful. The place was immaculate and reasonable. we would stay there again. If you’re there in the summer, you will enjoy a beautiful quiet backyard.
