Across the road from the turquoise waters of the safe and tranquil swimming lagoon, it is a space to gently ease you into your holiday time. Whether you choose to enjoy the rich and vibrant surrounds such as the world class surf breaks and wineries, or relax within secured garden walls, you will be rejuvenated by your stay. Wildflower is perfect for a couple's getaway, spending time with friends and loved ones, or a surfers' retreat. You will hear the waves at night at this special hideaway, and by day find yourself directly across the road from the Yallingup Lagoon Restaurant & Kiosk, the picnic strip and nature playground, and the pristine waters of our main beach and surf breaks. Take a 2 minute walk to check the waves at Rabbit Hill and Shallows, or wander through the beautiful Caves House heritage gardens and quench your thirst at the historic Caves House Hotel, built in 1903. For supplies, visit our nearby iconic General Store, and pick up your fresh local woodfired bread and pastry treats at the Gugelhupf Bakery. For your beach time, a set of beach towels and a beach umbrella are provided, and you will also find some children's snorkelling and water toys in the wooden storage box outside. After sand and sun, a private outdoor shower area fronting the citrus trees will be waiting to refresh you. While relaxing at home, enjoy the garden fusion of lawn, succulents and natives, and a water feature to bring you tranquil sounds. Here you might enjoy your morning coffee, made either with a stainless steel Diego Stovetop Espresso Maker or a glass plunger, with the supplied Yallingup Coffee Roasting Company grinds. Inside, you will experience a simple but well-appointed industrial style kitchen, open to the lounge and dining space scented by the cedar wood, brought into the build many moons ago by a local family. Look for the hidden tiled fish within the textured rendered walls, sweetly crafted by neighbouring artists! A patio dining area adjoins the kitchen for outdoor meals, and includes a Weber barbeque. Wildflower has 3 bedrooms, and sleeps up to 6 people. All beds are made up with crisp Morgan & Finch Egyptian cotton sheets, and Milano Luxury French Flax linen for your comfort. The master bedroom boasts an enormous space with lovely natural light, and includes a walk in robe and a separate bathroom. Tucked into the back of the home, the second bedroom is one for long sleep-ins and offers a cozy queen bed. Please note this bedroom does not have a window to the exterior. In the second bathroom you will find a spa bath for 2, and down the small corridor is the third bedroom containing a bunk bed of 2 singles. For your entertainment, Wildflower offers a smart TV with Netflix, books, board games, and a small collection of toys for children. For study or a quiet space, an office nook adjoins the master bedroom, where you will find a desk, monitor and HDMI cable to connect to your laptop. The internet speed is fast and mobile coverage is good. Wildflower is a ground floor dwelling which belongs to a wonderful strata, as well as a small community of local residents who you may have the pleasure of meeting during your stay. I would be grateful for your consideration with respect to noise, especially after 9pm. Please also note that Wildflower is strictly a non-smoking home, inside or out, and pets are generally not permitted. Upon your arrival, Wildflower will greet you with a lovely bottle of Windows Estate Semillon Sauvignon Blanc made by a favourite local winemaker, together with a fresh loaf of Yallingup woodfired bread, perhaps to be enjoyed with the supplied Cape Olives pressed olive oil that is made nearby.
