We had an awesome stay! It was perfect for our little family with our daughter adoring the little rainforest bedroom. Snacks were really appreciated, cleanliness, location and safety were all on point. Beds were comfy, amenities new and efficient. We loved the pool and spa and friendly neighbours. It was great having a few little extras in the cupboards for our use… especially the cocoa and peppermint sprinkles! Netflix was on point for entertainment. Communication with hosts was amazing! Directions and instructions for self check in and check out were clear and explicit. I actually liked that it was a bit of a process to get in on check in, as it was part of the fun of a new place, but also made us feel more secure that others couldn’t access our property. A quick fix was needed to unblock a toilet, but otherwise our stay was flawless! We will definitely stay here again in the future and recommend this place to our friends and family! Thank you!

Very stylish and comfortable. We loved the little room off the main bedroom and it was great to have so many products in the bathroom. Very handy for the metro so easy to get around, also close to Trader Joe's and great bars and restaurants.

Overall, the apartment was well-equipped and clean when we arrived. The hosts were super responsive and provided instructions for check-in and were available for any questions we had. That being said, there were multiple things I would not recommend about this place. Firstly, the address listed is not the address where the apartment is. I thought we would be staying in West Hollywood in a house, but the actual address is across town in a high rise building in the heart of Hollywood (the hosts do send the correct address once you book). The actual area is a little sketchy, and there's not much around that isn't incredibly touristy. Getting in and around the building is also a nightmare, as you need to use an app on your phone to get into any elevator (with different selections for each elevator), garage, and the apartment itself so I would not recommend to anyone who isn't very adept with technology.

My stay here was great, I love how the place had everything I needed from snacks, to kitchen ware, towels, laundry detergent & dryer sheets, feminine products, ect. The beds are super comfortable! It is beautifully decorated and the host & co-hosts very friendly and welcoming.
