房东很nice，我因为要等晚上的飞机没有地方可去，他允许我多在房间里等到飞机的时间。还提供了很多其它的帮助，有问题可以随时问。房子很新，家具家电都很新。远离闹市区。院子里工作的大叔和阿姨英语不好，但总是对我微笑。周围居民邻居，尤其对面小超市的老板很好，捡到车钥匙还给了我们。不过毕竟是新房源，还是有些细节有待改善，比如可以立个标志牌子，方便第一次去容易找到，

We booked this property for a month and it definitely surpassed our expectations. Mariusz is a great host who’s professional and a quick responder for example, we were concerned about the review stating there wasn’t an AC in the bedroom, I spoke to mariusz about this and he provided an excellent fan for the bedroom. The property is in a great location, quick access to 7/11, sari stores, pharmacies, laundry service, restaurants, tricycles and only short drive to alona beach. The apartment is spacious, with a comfortable bed, great kitchen, excellent WiFi connection, a great AC, all kitchenware with gas cooker, rice cooker, good fridge/freezer, kettle, drinking water, toilet with shower, nice patio area with tables chairs etc. The service was great, regular bedding & towel changes, offered room cleaning and friendly staff. I just wish I found this place earlier before spending alot of money on hotels. Great value and If I’m ever back in Panglao I will definitely be booking again.

This was a nice clean place. It was uncomfortable, the ac in the main room didnt reach the bedroom and there where no fans to help. Its right next the the cemetary which was ok with me but freaked my irfriend out. It was noisy and smokey during most of the stay. The bed is really hard and uncomfortable and I couldnt get the shets to stay on. There was no beach access or views unless you go upstirs to the private area.

Really great apartment in awesome location for peaceful living and Freediving with nice kitchen and great aircon and bathroom. Only negative was the Smart bro Wi-Fi was not very reliable.
