The decorations in the property were lovely. The kitchen was lovely, aesthetically. We didn't cook much as we were busy engaged in an event far from the home. The check in was difficult as there were no lights on the numbers and no lights on inside the home. I arrived the home was frigid. The main thermostat was broken as I found out the next day. I paid for 3 sets of linens and only 2 arrives. The duvets smell like mildew or something and are so full of polyester they don't breathe so you sweat. I found Diana quite unhelpful when asking specific questions as she repeatedly told me to contact the owner on the voucher you receive on booking. I called the number to the 'owner' and only ever received a central reservations system and it was impossible to reach the front desk of the complex. So the communication system between Diana and Europarcs and Europarcs and this particular Europarcs had issues. Hence, the problems with the lines. It was a frustrating experience overall.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft. Der Ausblick direkt aufs Wasser war wunderschön, die Unterkunft war gemütlich und sauber. Die Ferienanlagr war gepflegt. Alles super :) wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Very comfortable and well equipped. Recommend for anyone who's looking for a relaxing place for short term or even longer. Internet is good and there are multiple options for media streaming.
