Fully equipped elegant kitchen with a dining area and a spacious living room complete the interior of the villa. The fully fenced, 650 m2 large yard features a swimming pool (34m2) surrounded by deck chairs while on the terrace there is a jacuzzi where you can relax enjoying the view of the beautiful sunset.
