This spacious tiny is a single level retreat equipped with a comfy King size bed and 65'' TV. The skylit shower let's you soak in the sun rays underneath the rainfall showerhead. Rinse off the beach sand under the outdoor shower for that true nature experience. Enjoy your enclosed deck, firepit, bbq and eating space that crosses over from inside to outside. Nearby grab a coffee, a meal, take your furry friend for a run on the dog friendly beaches (plural). Just relax this holiday you deserve it.

We had a lovely stay at Jeanette’s tiny house. It is so beautifully designed and full of thoughtful touches - it is even better than the pictures show! Our puppy loved playing in the garden and we enjoyed a cosy evening by the outdoor fire. The location is great, near to so many beaches and cafes, and Jeanette was super helpful and responsive, and had great recommendations. Would highly recommend staying here!
A very cosy tiny home with everything we needed. Perfect for us travelling with our dog as the garden was fully fenced and secured. Jeannette was so friendly and helpful
The Tiny house was beautifully presented and decorated with style. Our only disappointment was the lack of space and ability to prepare a meal. First Airbnb we found to Not have a microwave. Our frozen items we had in our esky had to be thrown away as no space in bar fridge.
Loved our tiny home stay. Jeanette was wonderful in providing tips and reccos for the local area that were dog friendly! It rained our whole weekend trip but the tiny house was perfect for that with the indoor fire & board games. What a dream! Be careful with small dogs- our dachshund could escape through the holes under the fence which he did so.. several times.. but it was perfect regardless! 🤍

Just over an hour from central Sydney, this Tiny is tucked away in the quiet suburb of Blackwall, Central Coast, just moments from 3 town centres (Ettalong, Umina, Woy Woy).
Enjoy easy access to shops, cafes, restaurants and grocery stories, anything you may need is just a stone throw away, including our beautiful beaches.
BEACHES
Within a bike ride, enjoy Ettalong Beach and Ocean/Umina Beach. Hop in the car to make your way to Pearl and Patonga Beaches just a bit further down on the peninsula. Or better yet go for a bit of an adventure just 20 mins to find Copacabana, MacMasters, Petty, Pretty, and Kilcare beaches. Bonus points if you can find the super cute Lobster Beach.
WATERFALLS
Woy Woy has a secret waterfall 🤫 , just a bit of a trek through the bush. But if you are looking for something more straight forward and magestic then head down to Somersby Falls, equipped with a picnic area to soak in the 3 level waterfalls, just 200 metres from the parking lot (Somersby Falls is under construction until Dec 2023)
EATS
Nearby we've got fine dining just around the corner in Ettalong. Dine on the beach at The Box, near the beach at Osteria il Coccia, or Safran at the Galleria. The Galleria has 9 other restaurants, casual on up.
Pop in to town at Woy Woy, Umina or Ettalong for an aray of options, or head out from the peninsula and enjoy all the eats that Gosford and Erina have to offer.
Oh and I can’t not mention the lovely beach front Pearly and Patonga Boat House (Pearl and Patonga beaches, respectively)

PARKING
Drive right up to the off-street parking to your own entrance of the Tiny and walk right in.
TRAINS
Woy Woy Train Station is just a 5-10 minute drive away that goes directly in and out of Central Station and Newcastle Station. It runs regularly 7 days a week.
FERRY
Hop over to the legendary Palm Beach from Ettalong Wharf (5min drive).
BUSES
There is a bus stop around the corner that can take you to the Woy Woy Train Station, town centres or beaches.
