Be aware that there is no air conditioning in the bedrooms only in the living room and the water pressure in the second bathroom is low.

Nice and quiet space. Located close to both beach and town. Easy to transport around with both uber / taxi and bus. Otherwise the stay has been good and Kata has been a great host :)

This place was fantastic. It was a short 15 minute walk to the old town with lots of cute pastry shops along the way. Inside the place has all the amenities you could want. She had everything you needed: towels, shampoo, body wash, shoe rack, hangers, and much more. Kata even left orange juice, chocolate, cookies, and bananas to eat. The place was a good size for a family of four with indoor and outdoor space. I highly recommend this place for a stay in Split! It has everything you could want plus a close walk to the main attractions and close to restaurants. Kata helped make our stay perfect! We had a great dinner at Duje - a restaurant just around the corner! Book it before it’s gone!
