Clarence’s place was like a home away from home. Super spacious, quiet and comfortable. He was super attentive and responsive throughout my entire stay. If I’m ever in the Gainesville area again, this home will definitely be a top choice for my next trip.

The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. There is a subdivision Pool, basketball court and kid playground in the center of the neighborhood! Long term stay tenants can access the pool with a guess pass.
A car is recommended, but there is a bus stop approximately 500ft away that goes directly to the Oaks Mall, Santa Fe College, Ben Hill Stadium, and UF.
