The Frangipani Villa is located in a highly desirable location that will make your stay so enjoyable and easy. The Villa is just a 500 metre walk to South Cottesloe beach, 200 metres to the Victoria St train station and 2 train stops from Fremantle. A small shopping centre with a supermarket, pharmacy, bakery and bottle-shop is a 2 minute drive away. We have created a space that you will look forward to retreating home to at the end of the day that is both functional and cosy . Throughout we have used high quality fittings, linens and appliances. The Villa is fully renovated with 2 seperate outdoor living spaces, a gorgeous semi-enclosed patio with a luscious green plant wall, an outdoor television and BBQ area which you can enjoy year round. The second outdoor space is a private court yard, shaded by fragrant frangipani trees. The property is fully enclosed, accessible via a keypad operated security gate, which offers ultimate privacy and safety. All of our linens and towels are commercially cleaned. If travelling with children we can provide a travel cot, high chair, boosted infant dining seat, selection of toys and books. Just let me know upon booking.

Absolutely loved it - brilliant property, and Amber was a great host, would definitely stay again :-)
This air bnb exceeded our expectations. The hosts were lovely and very responsive. We arrived to the most thoughtful hamper and saved us when we arrived with hungry and overtired kids due to a delayed flight. Beds were very comfortable, the space is very liveable and in close proximity to anything you could ever need and want. For those with young kids, I can’t recommend it enough. They provided kids utensils, bubble bath, toys, and a high char. We already can’t wait to go back. Thank you!
We had a really great stay at the property. Excellent location in Mosman Park with Perth’s attractions close by, a quiet, safe & pretty neighbourhood and a supermarket just down the road. Great property with everything needed for a family stay with a baby and in a very clean condition. Excellent host who went the extra mile with a welcome pack of food items on arrival and the house was stocked with helpful items such as olive oil and salt & pepper etc. Would recommend!
Frangipani villa was a beautiful place to stay at. A beautifully renovated unit with 2 large and attractive courtyard style outdoor areas. Great location close to the beach and reasonably near to Swan River. Amber left us a lovely hamper with fruit, eggs, bread, chocolate and other goodies. The unit was pristine and the pantry well stocked with the basics. we really enjoyed our stay there and would recommend.
Wir haben 6 Nächte in Ambers Villa verbracht und uns direkt Zuhause gefühlt. Während dem Aufenthalt hat unsere Tochter ihren 1. Geburtstag gefeiert und Amber hat uns ihre Backutensilien sowie viele weitere Hilfsmittel und Spielsachen für unser Baby zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Haus war wunderschön dekoriert und wir waren von der Lage begeistert. Innerhalb weniger Minuten erreichte man die Zughaltestelle und konnte mit der Fremantle Line nach Fremantle oder Perth fahren. Wir würden das Haus wieder buchen, wenn wir in Perth sind. Wir denken gerne an die schönen Tage in der Villa zurück und sind dankbar für den schönen 1. Geburtstag hier :-) Amber ist eine super Gastgeberin und die Kommunikation war absolut top :-)

Mosman Park is located in the Western Suburbs of Perth, nestled between the beautiful Indian Ocean and the Swan River. 4km north of Fremantle, 1km from main Cottesloe Beach and ~14km from the CBD.
The neighbourhood has many restaurants, cafes, bike & walking paths with easy access to both the beach and river.
The villa is located a 5 minute walk from the Fremantle Train line, and 4 stops away from the Claremont station which connects you to the Perth Airport train line (domestic and international terminals).
We offer free off street parking for up to 3 cars.
The villa is 500 metres from the designated bike path which connects riders into the Perth CBD.
