Whether you're here for a wine country wedding or a quick family getaway, our roomy guesthouse is the best place to spend a weekend in North County. Situated just outside Oceanside and two minutes from the 76, you'll enjoy coastal breezes and tree-filled views with equal access to coastline, city, and country. Less than 30 minutes to Oceanside beaches, Pala Casino, and Temecula wineries; 30 min to Legoland, 50 min to SeaWorld and 70 to Disneyland, plus all of San Diego County in under an hour! The guesthouse is two stories with two bedrooms plus a spacious bathroom upstairs and a huge great room (living, dining and kitchen) taking up the ground floor. You'll have plenty of room to relax after a busy day at the beach, including a well-stocked kitchenette available for some light cooking. The whole family can put their feet up on the large comfy sofa and enjoy a flick on the 75" TV or take in the afternoon sun on the back patio or upstairs balcony. Plus plenty of toys and books for all the little ones. Kelsey & Natalie were super responsive and able to meet any of my needs that came up while we were staying there. It was very spacious with beautiful views and a great place to stay with my family for the weekend. Very kid friendly, so will have to come back with my kids sometime!
My family and I stayed here for a wedding and we found the place to be perfect. Fit all 7 of us very comfortably. The place was clean and felt very cozy. The surrounding area was beautiful as well. Check in was very easy which was nice. We really enjoyed it here and would book here again if we ever find ourselves in the area again!
We stayed here with one other family and it felt like a real vacation since the 3 toddlers immediately made themselves at home with all the toys/puzzles/books that were there. It's rare to find an Airbnb with such a spacious living room and a couch large enough for everyone to sit. Even if there's not much around, it was peaceful and beautiful!

The guesthouse is in a semi-rural area. Though there aren't sidewalks, it is very walking friendly and safe. The neighbors are very quiet and the vibe is low-key. Please help us to keep it that way! Just 2 minutes away by car is a great center with a grocery store, restaurants and movie theater. We recommend it all!
There is space for two cars to park. Please pull one behind the other in front of the "guesthouse parking" sign. From the guesthouse it's about 10 minutes to darling downtown Fallbrook (we love Bakin' It Up for breakfast!) but only a 2-minute drive away is Daniel's Market, Z Cafe, Z South, Village Pizza, Brain Freeze Ice Cream, Pecking Wok Chinese Food and Fresco Grill plus D'Place Movie theater and small local shopping. A bit further up the 76 highway is Cortez Mexican Food and in the other direction is Nessy Burger. You can get to Target, Sprouts, Walmart, Vons and fast food after driving west on 76 for about 15 minutes. The nearest and most convenient beach is Oceanside Harbor, which is wonderful, but we also love a spot between the Harbor and the Oceanside Pier. All the beaches are so great though! Take a drive and check out La Jolla Shores if you've got the time but go early to get a parking spot!
