Solid place in a great location.

We came to Richmond for a minor surgical procedure. This was the perfect place for recovery: comfortable, peaceful, full kitchen for meals, every time of amenity we could possibly need nearby such as restaurants (takeout), groceries, and a laundromat with terrific machines! Every drive we made was 10 min or less. Sandy & Meredith are the perfect hosts- extremely kind, responsive to messages and very quiet. We hardly knew they were home because we never heard them making noise. The main bed was extremely comfortable and the pullout sofa was adequate. The kitchen is fully stocked with a convenient layout and small dining table. Due to the surgery, Sandy was even kind enough to offer chicken soup one day! They both were highly committed to making our stay a terrific experience. Would highly recommend to others!

I've never felt so relaxed at an AirBnB. This cottage is truly a home away from home! Sandy thinks of everything to make you comfortable, even giving us ibuprofen when we forgot to bring ours. Extra linens and towels, snacks and coffee, even tea, jam and cooking supplies. We loved every second and can't wait to come back. Next time, we hope to enjoy the backyard, fire pit, and walk the beautiful neighborhood! Thank you for everything Sandy and Meredith!!!

I had a wonderful stay during a weekend trip to Richmond to visit friends in the area. Sandy and Meredith were wonderful hosts and thought of everything to make me feel feel welcome and right at home.

I stay at places pretty often for work, this is one of the nicest places and friendliest host that I have ever encountered. I will definitely be back again.
