Cozy, warm, clean, well decorated home with beautiful plants and a mellow vibe. Well stocked kitchen, thoughtful amenities, plenty of space to work, relax and sleep. Easy access to the mountains as well as to restaurants. Would absolutely stay here again.
Perfect for ski trip!
This is a beautiful home and was well stocked and taken care of. It's located in a quiet neighborhood and was only a 20 minute drive to ALTA plus close to some great local restaurants. We really enjoyed it for our family ski trip.
We absolutely loved this beautiful, art-filled house! The neighborhood is quiet and right a the bottom of Big and Little Cottonwood canyons, which made skiing easy to access. The beds are cozy and Nick made sure everything was stocked well. It’s also very close to a Smith’s grocery store and a few restaurants. What a lovely place in an amazing location!
+1 to the praise everyone else has showered unto Nick/Jann's place and communication. My favorite things, apart from being outside: - hanging out in the seating area in the master bedroom and enjoy the magnificent view over the mountains. I could spend all day there! - lounging on the couch in the sunken den area after a long day of skiing and boarding - having two separate lounging areas so our 19-year old son could have his own space - we truly appreciated the care that has gone into designing the space. It felt like home, not just another bare or impersonal vacation rental.

Very quiet neighborhood near the entrance to some of the best ski resorts in the world.
During winter months it is highly recommended to bring a 4-wheel drive (4x4 or AWD). On snowy days the canyons will require it.
There is also a ski bus that will pick up at convenient nearby locations if driving in the snow and/or dealing with parking is not your thing.

Public transport available. Look up UTA (Utah Transit Authority) on gooogle/App Store to plan around routes and timing.

Love the outdoors and unique places to stay. Ever since I stayed in my first Airbnb I have been obsessed with seeing all the adorable places that other hosts have created. I have traveled to many countries and I am fiercely loyal to staying with others and learning from other super hosts. We bought this house because of its awesome location next to world class skiing, biking, climbing, fishing, and other amazing outdoor passions that my wife Megan (Co-Host) share.
