We had a great stay here! The 3 beds were nice and it’s a 10-15 minute walk to the beach.
Séjour très agréables, près de toutes les attractions à une distance raisonnable à pieds. Les instructions étaient très clairs pour l’arrivée. Le complexe est très tranquille et sécuritaire. Je recommande.

This is a quite building, located in a quiet neighborhood, close to the beach, supermarkets, pharmacy, stores, restaurants and bars.
Very walking friendly area.
Walking distances:
Beach on Ocean drive (8 min) - 0,4 mile.
Marina South Pointe (10 min) - 0,5 mile.
Shopping Mall (4mn) : Target, TJ Maxx, Ross, Best Buy, Publix Supermarket (3 min walk).
Pharmacy: Walgreens 24h/7 (1 min) same block.
Restaurants (3 min).
Shell Gas Station (1 min).
Sixt rent a car (4 min).
Citi Bike station down the building.
Also Transportation and free rides trolleys are close by.
You can definitely walk around almost everywhere, to the beach, restaurants, bars, supermarket, deli, Walgreens and more!.
You can also drive you car or just simply jump into an Uber or Lift to move around.
Also City Bike station is available across the street, and the Miami Beach's Free Trolley provides a reliable transportation experience.
Most of Bus stops are 5 minutes walk from the building.
But if you are planning to bring your car, you will be able to park in the building for free in private parking.
The condo is just a 15 minutes car ride from Miami International Airport, depending on time and traffic.
