Absolutely stunning house and surroundings. Very cleaned. We would stay much more if it weren’t for the management company. Owner should review VACASA urgently as they are disorganized and have not responded accurately to our very urgent needs. The drying machine was not working. According to staff, it was not working prior to our arrival. Pool was green. We paid for the heat and it was not heated. We found out by other staff that propane was not timely bought and delivered causing lack of heated water in the entire house as well. I do not know if the owner is aware of all this. Unfortunately, I could not reach owner to check its knowledge on the lack of attention to important details of the house prior to renting it. We are seeking refund for the heated pool and a discount on the lack of propane and hot water.

We paid $7,450 for a seven-day rental, bringing our small family together for the Christmas holiday. The cleaning fee included in this amount was an outrageous $650. The home is spacious and in a good location. Vacasa's response to serious challenges encountered with the property, however, drives this review. 1. All clothes closets were locked - Aside from a 2nd-floor closet next to the children's room, you must live out of your suitcases. 2. A guest bath toilet didn't flush - Vacasa suggested viewing repair videos on YouTube. A plumber installed the needed part two hours before our checkout. 3. Grill non-functioning: Corroded, filthy. Vacasa offered a link on how to light (dangerous). 4. Washing machine is heavily mildewed and smelly 5. Kitchen - filthy oven, non-working freezer. 6. Rotten fish smell permeated the garage. A repairman cleaned the garage freezer on the fourth day of our stay. 7. Renters must drag all trash bins to the end of a shared road for sanitation pick-up.

Waking up to a view of the pool and water, then enjoying the beautiful area and amenities made this a great stay!

Area was nice and quiet The house was nice and the garage was big enough to park full size trucks in The only negative was that I saw nowhere before booking that you had to pay to have the pool heated. So obviously the pool was basically a cold plunge. Outside of that all was well.
