The location is good. Wendy is a responsive host. The space looks like the pictures. The gym is well equipped, from what I saw. I didn't go inside. The wifi works well in the living area, but is weak in the bedrooms. I had a work a few hours a day, so I did that at the table. The kitchen is adequately equipped, but there isn't a microwave. You will have to reheat your food the old-fashioned way. The tankless hot water heater is on point. There is A/C in two of the bedrooms. There's no smoking in the building, but there is a nice sized balcony. We spend a surprising amount of time on the balcony watching people and cars go by, talking, drinking. The couch is very comfortable, Netflix & Chill. The washing machine is semi-automatic, but cleans good. The dryer has spin cycle only, so you will have to finish drying on the line. The clothes line in in a protected space outside the kitchen door, no big deal. I would stay here again!
