This lake front house at the Dragon (Lake Nacimiento in Paso Robles). Features 5 Bedrooms. 3 Have King Size Beds. Two have bunk beds. House sports a Dock walking distance from the house. No need to drive around to put boat in and out of the water daily. If you don't have a boat we can have a wakeboard boat delivered at a daily rate. Also have an option of having the boat captained. Views with decks from every level. House features 3 air conditionings and heaters 1 for each level. The house next door is also an AIRBNB, Come visit our family lake house with a dock. HOA allows for 14 Guest. First 8 Guest can be adults ages 16 and up. The remaining guest up to total of 14 Guest Under 16 years of age. Community allows for 2 cars to be parked in the driveway and 1 trailer, trailer can be a boat trailer or a trailer hauling multiple seadoo's. There is overflow parking for a 3rd or 4th vehicle, the community charges a daily rate of $20. If you need a second boat one can be rented. If you want to rent a Polaris ranger for cruising around to community we have 1 for rent. Speed limit is 25 MPH inside the community.

Great place with a beautiful view of the lake.
Really cool house and great location but unresponsive host and had a hard time getting into place. No check in/out instructions, no info on wifi, internet was down, no tv our whole stay, shampoo/conditioner and soap were out, and ac was not turned on and the house was 90 degrees upon arrival, which took a full day to cool down.…the Polaris was nice to use as the walk down to the boat dock would have been a challenge, but it was quite pricey to rent for 2 days. Definitely not an ideal place for kids with the 4 floors and lots of stairs, but overall a nice house. The comfy beds, beautiful views and a private dock were the highlights.
The home was beautiful, we had a great time with family. There were no instructions for the house. The WiFi never worked, there was DirecTV equipment with remotes that did not work. After getting a response from the host, we were told there is no DirecTV only a smart TV with internet access. I tried to get help with the internet multiple times. I was just told it has worked for the last 4 months. Never had internet, never had TV. Couldn't even stream from our computers/smart phones because the WiFi was not connected to the internet. Frustrating, but the house was amazing.
Host was awesome.
Had a great Labor Day holiday. House is beautiful. Amazing view. We'll be back!
