Great place to stay. Great location, and Chris is a very responsive host. Anytime a person is in the Grande Prairie area this place is the spot to be. Could not ask for better!

Chris' place was exactly as pictured and very clean upon our arrival. Bed was very comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. We found the kitchen table a little less comfy for sitting for any length of time on the steel stools and the couch felt like it needed some sort of recline or footstool option to relax with. Chris provided several streaming options on the TV and the Wi-Fi was solid for our uses, we do wish there was a TV in the bedroom as well, but recognized it wasn't in the listing. There is a little extra noise in the area being in an apartment complex and the CNRail yard immediately to the south. The neighborhood had me a little bit concerned on arrival and unfortunately our vehicle was broken into on the first night; Chris did his best to offer some assistance from the apartment complex management.
