The ideal location, just about 5 minutes to the highway and a 5-minute walk to the "Berlin Karow" S-Bahn station, makes your journey effortless, including parking right in front of the house. Equipped with 5 high-quality box spring beds (including bed linen and towels), a fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, two 50" 4K TVs, and a washer-dryer, this apartment offers a comfortable short to medium-term stay in Berlin. This beautiful apartment consists of 2 separate bedrooms with a total of 5 comfortable box spring beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and a well-maintained bathroom. High-speed WLAN via Telekom's 5G network, with speeds ranging from 60 to 200 Mbps (depending on usage), is available throughout the apartment. The numerous windows give the apartment a bright and fresh ambiance. All necessary facilities (see room descriptions below) are provided, so you don't need to worry about a thing. Move in and feel right at home. - Self check-in - Spacious apartment (68 sqm) - Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, etc. - Free Wi-Fi and Netflix on 2 50-inch 4K TVs - Standard ceiling height, no sloping roofs - Only 2 other units in the building (commercial), ensuring a quiet night's sleep The bedrooms offer a restful sleep in our comfortable box spring beds. There are 2 bedrooms with similar amenities. Each bedroom features: - Comfortable box spring beds - Pillows, blankets, bed linen, towels - Nightstand with lamp and charging cable (1 per bed) - Extra bed sheets, bed linen, etc. available upon request - 50-inch 4K TV - Wi-Fi - Dining area for 4 or 2 people The well-maintained and spacious bathroom includes: -Shower (80x80) with hot water - Sink with storage cabinet - Washer-dryer (up to 8 kg washing / up to 6 kg drying) - Towels, soap, and toilet paper - Toilet - Hairdryer The spacious and fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook and features: - Stove and oven - Fridge and freezer - Microwave - Toaster - Kettle - Coffee maker - Dishes and cutlery

Jan is very responsive to answer all my questions and helpful giving an instruction to direct us to the house from the airport. If follow the video you won’t get lost. Once we got in to the house, we felt very warm and comfortable. Everything was perfect like the photo. The house is very specious for 3 of us. Jan allowed us to use the entire rooms (2 rooms with 3 beds & 2 beds each) despite only 3 of us occupied the house. I like the kitchen very much coz the equipments were complete. Being a muslim it is very practical to cook our own dish despite there were 2 or 3 Doners kebab shops (less than 5 minutes walk). Jan’s kitchen so perfect for our 4 days stay. Besides, the washer/dryer helps us to clean our cloths within our 4 days stay. However, you have to bring your own detergent but don’t worry you can buy at the nearest supermarket. If I were to come back to Berlin again definately I will stay at Jan’s house. Highly recommended. Room for improvement is iron.
muy buen lugar para alojamiento, el apartamento está a pocos metros de la estación de trenes y se llega al centro en 20'. El apartmento es muy cómodo y espacioso, lo recomiendo 100%.
Casa molto pulita e corrisponde alla descrizione. Ottima posizione con fermata della metto a pochi passi che permette di raggiungere il centro in circa 20 minuti. Jan è stato un perfetto host!
we really enjoyed our stay at Jan's place. very clean, spacious, well equipped with necessities and close to a public transport stop, some restaurants and supermarkets. Highly recommend to anyone planning a trip to Berlin.

- a Sparkasse for cash withdrawal
A parking space right in front of the house, a quick walk to the S-Bahn and all essential shops. The S-Bahn S2 goes directly to Berlin Mitte, no changes required. In less than 30 minutes, you're in the heart of Berlin. The location is both peaceful and yet central.
