My stay was top notch from the start. From the simple keyless entry to Stephanie taking the time to show me the entire common space for use as needed. Extremely orderly and immaculate. The serine and overall peaceful vibe of not only the house but of the of entire neighborhood was evident from the start. The decor and the room was extremly welcoming. The comfortable bedding and bed is 5 out of 5 all day long. I highly recommend Stephanies place for travelers looking for a quiet peaceful place. Thank You

Please know that Stephanie and her teenage daughter are very nice people. However, the guest fridge is located in the garage, thru the laundry room, down a couple steps. This is not disclosed on her Airbnb webpage, as well as the litter box being right outside the guest room, on the short way to guest bathrm. If you are a long term stay, perhaps more typical Airbnbs would be more appropriate for you - that have fridge and cabinet space in the actual kitchen. Most suggestions made to the host were not considered. Nothing was changed except for a nightlight was put at the top of the stairs and clear labels for which light switches to access, going up the stairs at night- it was pitch dark. I come in late at times due to band practice. Cooking was still inconvenient and nothing was changed there. BE cautious - if these inconveniences don't jive with you - esp. the alteration policy!! I paid over 1500 for 2 weeks instead of re: monthly offered amt!! Two previous L-T guests also left early.

I stayed with Stephanie for just short of a month while I was arranging housing. She was happy to host my dog and I, in a quiet and peaceful environment. I was able to knock out everything I needed. Stephanie also provided a pantry shelf, a fridge, and full use of her very well equipped kitchen and I was able to prepare full meals for myself during my stay. I was able to use the in house laundry without any issues, and did compensate her for being able to use her detergent. Stephanie allowed me to use various small ingredients like butter and milk in exchange for reasonable compensation, and made available for me everything I needed to maintain a clean environment, despite all the messes a dog makes. The house was immaculately clean, the room and bathroom warm and well furnished with a caring hand. Most importantly, Stephanie was an incredible host, excellent with communication, and easy to talk to. This was hands down my best stay at an AirBnB. Stay here, you'll thank me.
