Close to city centre but in quiet residential street. Ten minute walk to centre or five minutes to local pub! Close to Loch and woodland walks. You’ll have your own front door key and key to your room, so please feel free to come and go as you please during your stay. Breakfast is flexible and can can served anytime to suit you each morning. Full Scottish or continental included in price. I can also give you a lift to and from town if the weather isn’t too kind! Large double bedroom with private bathroom, which has electrical shower too. Bedroom has fridge, smart TV and kettle.

Jason's a top bloke,makes you feel right at home. The house, room, bathroom is all spotless. Jason's dog Harry is great too. And the thing that puts this apart from other airbnbs is the breakfast, it's amazing! Highly recommended!

Jason was a lovely, welcoming host who was happy to share his home. The room was warm, very clean with a very comfortable bed. Jason was very accommodating with my arrival time, as I was travelling from such a distance. The breakfast was pleasant and plentiful. Jason's house was very nice, in a nice area and easy to find. The location was perfect for my needs as I was attending a course locally.

Bus stop outside house which takes you into Dunfermline bus station. I can also provide a lift to train station if required.
