While we do not allow smoking in the units guests have broken this rule in the past leaving a stale smell of smoke. If you are allergic we would not recommended renting this home. There are long-term tenants in the other units. The building faces another 6-plex. You will be sharing the common yard areas with the long-term tenants and to access the apartment front door. PARKING: 1) One striped spot is at the end of the private driveway new the trash enclosure 2) free street parking is available up and down the adjacent street There are 2 entrances. A rear entrance into the Kitchen from the drive aisle and the front entrance accessed from the shared sidewalk and common yard area shared between the 12 tenants of both buildings. - NOTE: The City's 5.1% Occupancy Tax is included in the cleaning fee. No additional fees will be charged for taxes. - Pet-friendly! Dogs welcome for a one-time fee of $100. - Washer/Dryer in Unit - All necessary amenities are provided for a comfortable stay. Perfect for those visiting loved ones or exploring downtown Columbus activities. - Two furnished bedrooms, each featuring a comfortable Queen bed. An air mattress, extra pillows, and blankets are available in the bedroom closet for additional guests. - The kitchen is FULLY stocked with cooking essentials, allowing you to prepare home-cooked meals during your stay. - Shares a common wall with another unit; quiet hours observed from 10pm-7am. - One parking space is allocated for guest in the parking area. See house manual for more details. - Unforeseen circumstances (weather, power outages, etc.) are non-refundable. Consider purchasing travel insurance for coverage. - Host availability: 9am - 10pm via Airbnb messenger for any queries or assistance. CHECK-IN is anytime after 4 PM CHECK-OUT: is by 11 AM to allow for the home to be fully cleaned for the next guest. If you need an early check in or later check-out please send us a message and we can let you know if it's possible! The cleaning crew charges an extra $15 / hour.
